Food For Thought opened in 2000 with a desire to provide healthy, home-cooked frozen meals. Since then, their menu has grown and the business is going strong as customers value healthy, convenient meals at home or on the go. At the start there was a small café and catering, now it’s entirely pre-made meals as the demand continues to grow. Customers including all age demographics, from young families to seniors in their 90s enjoy the variety of healthy pre-packaged meals.
