 Dr. Jim Strong, National Microbiology Laboratory, Public Health Agency of Canada gave his presentation Ebola Virus: The Manitoba Connection during the 20th annual Bug Day held on Tuesday in the University of Manitoba Basic Medical Sciences Building. Bug Day is Manitoba’s largest healthcare education event, and is hosted by the Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg in collaboration with the University of Manitoba’s Continuing Professional Development  Medicine Group.  Experts also from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Manitoba Health and the  University of Alberta gave presentations in the prevention and control of communicable diseases, as well as health issues in the community or healthcare setting.  Bug Day is held every
