Mayor Bowman, together with Lorne Remillard, President and Chief Executive Officer, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce presented a cheque for $10,000 to the Bear Clan Patrol representing partial proceeds from the 2017 State of the City Address. As announced in the State of the City Address, Mayor Bowman identified the Bear Clan Patrol as the charity of choice to receive the proceeds. April 10, 2017
