Feature photos of Habitat homeowner (Habitat Place), Cheryl Pelletier. Pelletier is the original home owner and still lives in the house that she helped build along with Habitat for Humanity crews and former U.S. president Jimmy Carter and his wife.
Pelletier sits at her kitchen table with a board signed by Jimmy Carter and the crew working on her house, the origina toolbox given to her after the build and the work apron she wore at the time to hold her nails. Just behind her is her kitchen sink that Carter drilled out himself and then handed her the counter top cut-out that she ccould use as a cutting board.

Photos of the 2x10 board which has the signatures of everyone who worked on the house – including
Carter, his wife, a cutting board which Jimmy Carter himself fashioned out of the hole where he put the sink in and she has a tool box given to each of the homeowners. The tools inside have been lost through the years and replaced, but the box is
 original.
