First Nation Chief Alex McDougal of the remote, northern community of Wasagamack at media conference which he held to talk about  the frantic chaos that erupted when  the community had to do an emergency evacuation by boat and plane after wild fires started to surround them 10 days ago at a press conference held at the Best Western Hotel Wednesday.  Over 2000 evacuees from Wasagamack and approximately 6000 in total from the surrounding areas are living temporarily  in Winnipeg, Brandon and other communities until it is safe to go home.
