Her Honour Lieutenant Governor Janice Filmon, Wpg mayor Brian Bowman, Colonel Andrew Cook, Commander of 17 Wing Winnipeg from the Air Force, The Honorary Consul for France in Winnipeg , Bruno Burnichon will represent the Republic of France, and will present Dad with the Legion of Honour medal. Also, his son Kerry Magill (Mr. Magill's son to his left).
