The Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone is launching a three-week pilot project called Launch It!  to assess the need for a Youth Entrepreneurship Incubator in the downtown. Over the next three weeks, 7 small business who are interested in establishing a permanent presence in the downtown will operate pop-up stores in Portage Place Shopping Centre next to the Carlton Street skywalk to sell their products and services and to gauge public interest.
