The Grace Hospital is shutting down its Psychiatric Centre building, moving part of its operation to the hospitals fifth floor and doing away with part of the operation altogether. This has got some folks upset. The building will be torn down to make way for ambulance bays for the new ER. Construction on site has begun and completion of the whole project will take years.
