Boissevain Centennials outfielder Dawson Hole was out by a foot after Wawanesa Brewers first baseman Avery Kirkup caught the ball tossed by third baseman Dawson Cullen. The South West Baseball League's regular season champs swept the Brewers in the best-of-five series 3-0. Boissevain will face the winner of the Deloriaine/Rivers semifinal, with these two teams needing a fifth and deciding game being played on Friday with the Royals having home field advantage. All four previous games have been decided by one run, and the home team has prevailed. In the series, Hole went 4-for-8 with three runs scored, one RBI and a stolen base.
