After a decade of relative silence, Winnipeg singer-songwriter Sheena Legrand is returning to the spotlight with a new album and new name. Previously performing as Sheena Grobb, Legrand stepped away from recording new music to focus on her personal life. In the meantime, she has found work as a public speaker who uses music, storytelling, and mindfulness to help schoolchildren who deal with mental health struggles, bullying, or low self-esteem.
