Winnipeg Folk Fest 2014 . A hardy welcome to the Folk Festival was given to visitors arriving at the camp ground by volunteers LtoR Jeanne Harrison and Denise de Decker. The day began with the drive or bike ride to the park , hundreds of participants rode their bikes to the Birds Hill Park to get priority entry to the event .
