Red Ember Common co-owner Quinn Ferguson (Steffen Zinn is biz partner),  takes a pizza out of their eye-catching Izzo oven made in Naples which sits in the centre of their newly opened restaurant at the Forks Friday.  The bar top restaurant got its beginnings from The Red Ember Food truck perched on Broadway throughout the summer and now has its second location at the Forks  The neo Neopolitan style pizza's  are all made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients including organic flour from Eli Manitoba, pepperoni from free range Berkshire Pork from Zinn Farms and locally grown produce.
