NTERSECTION - Wolseley Kombucha

Photos of Michelle Leclair, owner of Wolseley Kombucha at Kitchen Sync commercial kitchen where she makes her Kombucha.
Some of the ingredients that go into making Kombucha are: tea, Soby (gooey, cream coloured blob for the fermentation) and cane sugar, just to name a few.

Wolseley Kombucha, the city's first locally-brewed kombucha biz. Michelle started making kombucha a few years ago, and, after having a pour station at her home in Wolseley, branched out and now sells her fermented tea at a no. of spots around the city, with more being added all the time. She also teaches workshops to adults and kids, how to make kombucha, and has a busy summer planned, with scheduled appearances at a number of open-air markets and music festivals.
