RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Police investigate a crime scene in the back lane of 390 Mountain Ave. between Mountain and College Ave. Thursday after an officer was Involved in a shooting on October 4, at approximately 12:04 a.m. Winnipeg Police responded to a shots fired call in the 300 block of Mountain ave. On arrival officers encountered an individual and shots were fired. A male youth was conveyed to hospital, in stable condition with minor injuries and has since been released.No officers were injured. The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba was also on scene Thursday morning.
