Vessel's bird named "Feather" has become a resident of the centre. and helps clients feel comfortable, at home and like any peaceful animal, a healing component at the centre like a healing bird. Where : Indigenous Family Centre, 470 Selkirk Ave. IFC has been a frequent visiting spot for meth users of late, causing the centre to lock their doors and cut back on hours.
