Description: Pullups from a female perspective - and why they're so difficult for women, how does someone get started, form and technique, that sort of thing.


Female participants learn how to do a pul up with the help of  tainer, Carl Berryman, while the take part in workout class called  SWET (Strong Women Empowered Together) at Yoga Public.  

Berryman starts them off with the aid of rubber bands and they progress through different tensioned bands until they can do a full pull up without using any aid.  

SWET  -- is a strength based program.
