Terry Hlady had many run-ins with the deceased, Calvin Chan, and it got so bad that in 2015 she called the police on him after she felt threatened. Her next step was to get a restraining order against him if it were possible given he lived so close. She laments over the altercation and the consequences that led to his death and the charges laid against her neighbour., 24-year-old Dennis Lloyd Jr. Penner. Police info below: On May 11, 2019, at approximately 12:00 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a rear lane near Burrows Avenue and Albina Way for a report of an assault.
