Story on permanent resident, Lijuan Wan, 63, who has not received her health card yet even though she applied for it last summer. Without her health card she doesn't have access to things like mammograms and pap tests. Her daughter, Jennifer Jacks, a WSD trustee who interprets for her mom who does not speak English, said she’s been told there’s a waiting list for health cards.
