What: This is for a Sunday Special story on Pasquale's, which, when it opened in Osborne Village featured the first outdoor patio in Winnipeg (good thinking ahead to pandemic-land!) This is Joe's 30th anniversary owning the restaurant - he bought it from the founding family in 1990, and moved over to his current home in St. B six years later.
