Paul and Manuel Maendel started the Hutterian Emergency Aquatic Response Team (HEART) a volunteer dive team specializing in search, rescue and recovery of missing people. Based out of the Oak Bluff Hutterite Colony in southern Manitoba they recently teamed up with the RCMP to help recover Nour Ali's body after his boat capsized on Lake Winnipeg.
