After three years sitting empty, the former Neechi Commons building has a new tenant, and the building is once again a bustling hub for the North Point Douglas Community. SSCOPE Inc has converted the former grocery-restaurant-bakery building into its new headquarters, featuring 20 long-term supportive housing beds, a 24-7 safe space for LGBTQ2s+ people, and employment opportunities in the organization’s thrift store.
