Dumas and members of the Manitoba NDP and Manitoba Liberal party attend offering their support in denouncing section 84 of Bill 34, which would give the PC government legal protection against current, future and retroactive lawsuits regarding the clawback of Child and Family Services Children’s Special Allowance between 2005 and 2019. There is currently a $338 million lawsuit filed by First Nations children in care.
