Being an only child and chatterbox, the pandemic has been tough on her. She gets easily frustrated with online school, her mother Krystal says. One of the tips from the psychologist is to emphasize physical exercise and make sure Emby is spending 30 mins+ doing exercise daily to burn off some energy. Krystal says she's noticed Emby is less cranky when they accomplish workouts. They typically go skating in their front yard, do kid workout videos at home, and go on dog walks.
