CLASS ACTION: A $750-million proposed class action lawsuit has been filed against RBC-Dominion Securities alleging that it failed to pay its investment advisors vacation and public holiday pay for years. The statement of claim filed in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice alleges that the biggest bank-owned brokerage in Canada breached its legal duties to pay vacation and public holiday pay to many of its more than 1,500 advisors across the country as well as to advisors previously employed there.
