Couple created Shadows Mission 10 years ago. They build doghouses to help provide shelter for strays and dogs-at-large in northern communities. They have built 325 dog houses and in doing so have saved many dogs from our harsh and bitter winters. Locations: 118 Burland Avenue. South St. Vital at St. Marys Road and the perimeter.
