LOCAL - Dutch Elm drones

DRONE SCHOOL: Volatus Aerospace Corp., a so-called "drone solution company," has partnered with the City of Winnipeg, UWinnipeg and Seven Oaks School Division on a new project that aims to streamline the process of identifying Dutch elm disease and teach students about drones and how to fly them.
