RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS LOCAL - Cyclist's funeral Photo of Yacine Mamadou, Imam who resided over the funeral service offering prayers for Javed Musharraf on Wednesday along with members of the community. A funeral was held for 22-year-old Javed Musharraf, an international exchange student from India, at Manitoba Islamic Association (MIA) Grand Mosque on Waverley, Wednesday. Musharraf was killed when he collided with a front-end loader while riding his bike home later in the evening on Dec 15th. Approximately 80 members of the community held a funeral service for Javed Musharraf including roommates, Mohsin Ahmed and Shakih Shaikh (blue turban), that knew him well.
