Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson announces an additional $600,000 toward the expansion of the child-care centre at the YMCA of Brandon's Downtown Early Learning Centre on Tuesday morning. The funding, through the Early Learnign and Child Care Building Fund, doubles the commitment of $600,000 made in July, 2022, for a total government investment of $1.2 million.
