To get the place blooming beautiful again after a long, cold, barren winter. From planting new annuals, to checking on the perennials to creating new floral displays, this is back-breaking work. Greenhouse lead gardener Kerry Witherspoon who has been tending to the plants all through winter, outdoor garden supervisor Craig Gillespie, whose job it is to transform the gardens and new kitchen Garden Orchard that offers fresh veggies and herbs to the Gather restaurant at the Leaf with extras sent to Winnipeg Harvest.
