Murray, 59, had a knee replacement in Fargo last month through Manitoba's surgical backlog taskforce. But the wound was bleeding and he went to the ER in Stonewall after returning home. A Manitoba doctor asked him what he was doing there and suggested he get his passport and head back across the border since that's where he had the surgery.
