The mother and daughter were visiting the Manitoba attraction from B.C. Schwabe Pumpkins in the RM of St. Andrews is encouraging visitors to bring non-perishable food items to help fill a pumpkin bin worth of food to be dontated to the Selkirk Food Bank. Donations will be collected until Halloween. Schwabe Pumpkins is open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday and Thanksgiving Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Things to do at Schwabe Pumpkins include: watre pump duck races, the small straw maze and pumpkin Tic Tac Toe. Wagons are also provided for pumpkin picking.
