Jean Marcoux in his wheelchair which is is transferred to by a homeware worker. What: Jean uses a wheelchair and suffered a stroke over a year ago. He got approval through the WRHA's home care program to get a portable electric lift so that he can move from his wheelchair to the living room couch. But then they took it away saying others needed it. After reporter called WRHA about the situation they called and are bringing it back. See Katie's story. October 25th, 2023
