An officer with Prairie Bylaw Enforcement ъa municipal enforcement agency that operates out of 17 rural municipalities and two planning districts within the Province of Manitoba, enters a PBE vehicle at the property of Zak McDermot-Fouts, north of Beresford, MB in the RM of Whitehead on Monday morning. Several RCMP officers and their vehicles were also on scene, as law enforcement acted on a warrant to remove the owners mobile home from the property, following a nearly decade-long disagreement between the municipality and McDermot-Fouts.
