Photo description:
MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Centre for Cultural and Artistic Practices (C’cap) is a new contemporary art gallery in downtown Winnipeg. The gallery was previously called Blinker but has been recently been rebranded to better fit director Luther Konadu’s goals of highlighting visual art and the community that surrounds it. The inaugural C’cap show, “the language is in the drifts”, features seven Winnipeg-based artists at different points of their artistic practices and works of art that inhabit multiple mediums, forms, or points of reference.
