INTERSECTION - St.Pierre Bakery

Joe Gagne, owner Boulangerie St-Pierre Bakery, in  St-Pierre-Jolys (about 30 minutes south of the Mint) 

Story: This is for an Intersection piece on the St-Pierre Bakery, which has been cranking out loaves of bread, cinnamon buns and tourtiere for close to a century. 

Joe, the present owner, took over from his parents a few years ago; his dad started working there in the '80s, and bought the bakery in 1992 (owner previous to the Gagnes, a fellow named Norm, had it from the mid-60s to the early '90s, 
(Photo of all three in the original building with staff working in the background)

They turn out as many as 1,800 loaves of bread an hour, it's a hopping place. Also photos of pastries, storefront - customers, workers and outside shot of building.  

Names of owner and past owners in group shot:
