Brandon East NDP MLA Glen Simard (right) speaks with constituents at a joint Christmas open house and grand opening for his constituency office at 217 10th St. on Dec. 19. The office is at the same location that Simard's predecessor, Len Isleifson, had his. The office is located on the second floor of the building, which is wheelchair accessible through an elevator on the ground floor. The office will usually be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Because Simard goes back and forth to Winnipeg for work, he is not present every day.
