Macdonald Youth Services – Paterson Global Foods Institute RRC Macdonald Youth Services held its Annual Spring Fling Event at Paterson GlobalFoods Institute at Red River College.  Andrew McLean, a retired Canadian Forces Officer, was honoured with the Sir Hugh John Macdonald Memorial Award for his generosity, his commitment to improving the lives of others and his ability to inspire communities across Canada.
