Lake St. Martin is facing major longterm flooding issues. Half of the reserve is completely flooded with many submerged driveways and connecting roads. Some houses are completely surrounded by water with breached sandbag dikes. The Chief wants the reserve moved to higher ground and has the province on his side. See Bartley Kives story.
