David DeGagne walks toward his home that he was renting at 126 Bruce Ave. to see if he can see the damage through the window after him and his roommate, King Brown, escaped a fire that broke out in their home early Saturday morning with only the clothes on their backs. While Fire crews were trying to put out the fire and locate third tenant thought to be in the basement, two firefighters got trapped in the basement due to a flashover and needed to be rescued.
