She was diagnosed six weeks after her daughter was born. She's had surgery to remove as much of it as possible but must have MRIs every three months to check if it's growing or not. She is a very positive person who is telling her story to help raise money for cancer research, specifically brain cancer research, and will be running 5K in this Sunday's WPS Half Marathon.
