Cynthia was last seen at the Home Depot located at 845 Leila Avenue during the afternoon of February 17, 2019. At the time of her disappearance, she had been wearing dark clothing with a pink toque. WPS released surveillance video and updated information regarding the disappearance of Cynthia Parisian, a 38-year-old female who went missing in February 2019.
