Families and residents of two inner-city neighbourhoods are already making use of two newly redeveloped parks in Winnipeg; Chief Grizzly Bear's Garden (formerly known as Spence Aboriginal Spirit Park, shown) on Sherbrooke St. at Sargent, and Jacob Penner Park on Victor Ave. at Notre Dame. The announcement was made from the Sherbrooke location by Justice Minister Andrew Swan and Mayor Sam Katz.
