Bob Check lives on the East side of the Red north of Selkirk on Hwy 320 Breezy point Rd. , he is looking at his property across the rive as ice jams form on , Red River.An ice jam just north of the Bridge to #4 over the Red River affectionately known as the The Bridge to No Where , north of Selkirk started just after 2pm filling the Red River with broken ice , spilling over the shore on both sides.
