Josette Roch, owner of the Frantz Motor Inn at the restaurant bar. For the most part rural hotel beverage rooms in Manitoba are dying but not the Frantz Motor Inn just south of Steinbach, MB. For years, it had one of the greatest advantages a drinking establishment could have, being on the border of the dry town of Steinbach, MB. However, when Steinbach got its first Liquor Mart in 2008 or so, Frantz biz fell 25 per cent.
