Donald Lepp and his son Russell. Feature is on the pediatric cardiac surgery program 21 years after it was shut down after too many children died. The Lepp family werent part of that, but they have some comments on the current surgical system (shipping kids out of province to either Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto) and future thoughts Russell had a heart transplant so thats how they are connected to this.
