The Winnipeg Police Service is again requesting the public’s assistance concerning the investigation into the murder of 73 year old Elizabeth LAFANTAISIE. As previously released, investigators believe that the victim’s vehicle was taken to a car wash by the suspect(s) between Friday, February 18 and Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at which time the vehicle was washed. This time frame has been expanded form the original appeal. Anyone who may have observed a blue- grey, 2006 Pontiac, Grand Prix, 4-door being washed during this period is asked to contact police immediately. The vehicle had Manitoba licence plate: ERR 153.
