David DeGagne walks away from a home he was renting at 126 Bruce Ave. Saturday after a fire earlier that morning forced him and his roommate, King Brown, out of the home with only the clothes on their backs. While Fire crews were trying to put out the fire and locate third tenant thought to be in the basement, two firefighters got trapped in the basement due to a flashover and needed to be rescued.
