WAYNE GLOWACKI / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS About 800 people took part in the annual Kendra's Walk at St. John's-Ravenscourt School Friday morning. In 2009, Kendra McBain, an SJR student set out to raise funds to provide a room for teenagers to relax in while they are under going cancer treatment. To date, over $730,000 has been raised for CancerCare Manitoba. This year, funds raised will be directed towards clinic trials for teens. Kendra McBain died in 2009 after a three-year fight with cancer. see release May 27 2016
