PHIL HOSSACK - SUNSHINE FUND - Cyclist Orvie Dingwall found hazardous area on bike path/walkway under the bridge. She says it’s completely under water and there are no barricades. It’s a hazard because people can’t see it’s under water because of shadows. Forks is apparently responsible for putting up barricades.. See story. June 9, 2016
