It is part of their annual Wall-to-Wall Mural & Cultural Festival where the all art will be formally unveiled on Friday. Gordon Sinclair story. Sept. 26, 2016

**from website: Wall-to-Wall is a mural and culture festival that takes place in Winnipeg every year at the end of September. It sees the creation of multiple indoor and outdoor murals across the city and celebrates each new work of art with unique events. The festival culminates with a huge block party that coincides with Nuit Blanche, bringing together diverse communities around art, music, dance, and more. Wall-to-Wall had it’s inaugural year in 2014 and it became clear that there is a genuine desire from our city to have more public art and art-related events integrated into their every day lives. Our devotion to this city, its local businesses, and its artistic community is what has driven us to create a festival that is inclusive to all, thrives on collaboration, and aims to garner international attention for Winnipeg as a hub for public art.
